The KONGSBERG 2017 Bathymetric Image Contest is now open for entries. All users of Kongsberg Maritime’s bathymetric systems, including the EM family of single and multibeam echo sounders, the M3 sonar and GeoSwath solutions are invited to submit their best images captured.

The SESAME Straits project utilizes e-Navigation concepts to reduce maritime traffic congestion and hot spots, as well as improve traffic safety and efficiency. Important agreements and events in the first quarter of 2017

In the first quarter, KONGSBERG has revenues of NOK 3,721 million and EBITDA of NOK 339 million. During the first months of the year the long-term potential within defence has been confirmed, and several important agreements for maritime and digital solutions have been signed. At the same time certain markets are still challenging.
