LEARNING OBJECTIVE
This course aim to meet the following overall learning objective(s):
- Establish good knowledge of tug operation elements in general
- Practice good communication between tug and assisted vessel
- Obtain good knowledge of tug design, equipment, abilities and limitations
- Establish good skills in use of various tug manoeuvring modes

TARGET GROUP
Master and deck officer occasionally or regularly participating in tug boat operations.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
In service as tug boat deck officer at management level.
