Course Description

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

For retrofit projects, this practical course is aimed at engineers responsible for maintaining the upgraded K-Chief system. Covers the different hardware modules and field stations, troubleshooting and configuration of the system I/O. After the course the successful participant is able to:

-Explain the functionality of the K-Chief 700 system including main system components and hardware modules
-Perform maintenance and fault-finding on the K-Chief 700 system

TARGET GROUP

Electronic technicians, electricians and maintenance personnel on board vessel which retrofit the system from SVC to K-Chief 700 technology.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Maintenance knowledge of the old SVC system.
