Recommended entry requirement is a certificate of competence (COC) or officers trainees

CONTENT

The course aims to provide a base set of competencies for key personnel involved in anchor handling activities according to the Standard DNV-ST-0027 column 5 Winch Operator

The course contains the following modules:

• Module 1 - Planning & Preparation

• Module 2 - Anchor Handling Operations

• Module 3 - Towing

• Module 4 - Deck Operations

• Module 5 - Emergency Preparedness

• Module 6 - Information Exchange
